And we need your help. Join us to build the digital economy of tomorrow.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll be working in a lean team, working on building Checkout’s own People Operating System. Your role will be to build products that all of our 2000+ employees will use every day, from product ideation to shipping it.
Our teams vision is to create the Operating System for everything about our People at Checkout. We are creating the full OS suite from when folks haven’t yet made the leap to join Checkout, to when they become an alumni, and with everything in between.
We believe that investing in our own internal OS will empower our people to truly thrive, by giving them a full suite of tools tailored to our Culture, Operating Principles, and to their needs, that they can use every day.
We embody our Run Lean and Pace Matters Operating Principles. We are building a Checkout People OS team that is lean by design, where the people who define what should be built are also the people who build it. We strongly believe that iterating fast (e.g. in a matter of days) is what makes us win.
We are user-centric. Everyone of us is deeply involved in discussing with our users and understanding their pains and needs. We understand what it means to build a great product. We have the technical knowledge needed to build the products we own. When we don’t have that knowledge, we rally people around us to help us execute products at the highest quality level.
