Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, to lead the strategy and roadmap for our customer data and analytics portal. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand the needs of HR Leaders, Payer Benefits Leaders, and key buyers. You excel at translating complex data into clear insights that drive action, partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists to build impactful products. If you thrive in ambiguity, love telling data-driven value stories, and are passionate about solving real customer problems, this role is for you. Some travel required (<25%). Spring Health HQ is in NYC, but we are open to remote candidates working east coast hours.
