Description:

SUMMARY

Eccovia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take a leadership role in driving the direction of cutting-edge software products in the social services industry. This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering innovative solutions and advanced AI/ML capabilities within our new product line. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define, develop, and execute an impactful product strategy that drives significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive the product strategy by defining, validating, and iterating on the product vision and roadmap to meet key business objectives and keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in data science.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Lead deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Innovation and Execution: Guide the development and launch of advanced features, including proprietary AI & ML capabilities, ensuring they align with the product’s core value proposition and business goals.
  • Understand our client’s data & use cases to:


    • identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and feasibility of Data Standards, Data Governance, and Data Quality



      • identify risks, ethical issues, opportunities, and validity of modeling & predictive capabilities

      • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the key liaison between executive leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and strategic initiatives.
      • Mentorship and Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
      • End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of product lifecycle management, from conception and roadmap definition through agile development cycles, to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
      • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve product effectiveness.
      • Product Evangelism: Serve as the primary advocate for the product both internally and externally, presenting product vision and strategy to stakeholders, customers, and industry partners.
