We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our SaaS platform and ensure it continues to be a leading solution for our customers.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Product Manager at Experlogix, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our CPQ SaaS product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the CPQ market, customer pain points, and how to translate those insights into innovative, scalable solutions. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure we deliver a best-in-class CPQ platform that enables our customers to configure, price, and quote complex products with ease and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing a product in the Enterprise Software Space
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering successful software products, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of the CPQ or Enterprise ERP market, including configuration management, pricing engines, and quote automation.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to create strategic product roadmaps that align with broader business goals.
  • Expertise in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-based software architecture and CPQ-related technologies is a strong plus.
  • Experience engaging with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and delivering intuitive, scalable solutions in the CPQ space.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Experlogix’s business objectives and addresses key market opportunities in the CPQ space.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: Lead the creation and ongoing prioritization of the product roadmap, ensuring a clear alignment between customer needs, market demands, and business goals.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for product differentiation in the CPQ market.
  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into well-defined features and functionality, leveraging Agile development methodologies.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate features, and ensure our CPQ platform addresses key pain points and provides an exceptional user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage product analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to guide decision-making, measure product performance, and inform the future direction of the product.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create and execute go-to-market plans that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership within the product team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Product Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the CPQ product, including customer adoption, revenue impact, and feature utilization.
