OUR REQUIREMENTS

You can document a solid experience of running projects with different methodologies depending on scope etc.

You competences makes you cable of running the following types of projects:

• Implement new ERP
• Integrate new business units into already running application
• Implement “add-on"/new modules/new ways of working into already running application
• Experience with global implementations running in several different countries (supporting the local legal requirements)

Additional information

• Relevant financial education on Master level
• You are curious and good at establishing relations.
• It is important for you that the project members feel confident in their project role and thereby are able to deliver/contribute with their very best.
• You are extremely structured and able to prioritize and we are an engineering company where many new (and good) ideas
• You are a champ in stakeholder management
• And you can be both bad and good cop (but always in an respectful way) so we meet the deadlines in a balanced way.

As a Senior Project Manager you are running the projects with all the aspects of project management:

• Planning
• Project organization incl. Steering Committee
• Stakeholder management incl. reporting
• Budget
• Reporting at PMO meetings (depended on project type)
• Resource allocation
• Change request
• etc.

The number of people involved in project of course varies from project to project. But as we utilize almost every module in D365FO (except Retail) the project group for integration of new acquired company often contains 40-50 people (Both external implementation partner, IT, Global Business Track Lead and local super Users).
