JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to oversee our real estate portfolio and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate markets, property management, and investment strategies. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex real estate projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) are advantageous.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee property management activities to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to real estate operations.
  • Lead negotiations for leases, acquisitions, and sales of properties.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development.
