Description:
At flaconi, we believe that diversity fuels creativity, innovation and growth. It thrives in all its forms of beauty. Our team is a mosaic of individuals from different backgrounds, cultures and life journeys, all united by a shared passion for beauty. Our commitment is grounded in our core values, particularly #trustinpeople. We hold ourselves accountable for creating an environment where every employee feels honestly valued, heard and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives to foster belonging.
We are looking for a Senior Expansion Manager (all genders) to join our offline team.
In this role, you will initially oversee the retail expansion project, from the conception of new stores to their grand openings. You will work closely with internal departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Technology, whilst also managing external project service providers.
Once the stores have opened, your responsibilities will shift to managing the locations. You will be responsible for commercial management, disciplinary oversight of store managers, and the day-to-day operations.
If you’re passionate about leading projects, bringing them to life, and growing with them, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- You are the internal project manager for our retail expansion project
- Together with the internal project team, you will conceptualize the stores; from product range selection and merchandise planning to target group definition
- Together with our external project team, you will accompany the selection of suitable locations, support the selection of architects and shopfitters and accompany the project phase until the day of the opening
- After successful opening, you will be responsible for managing the retail network
- Afterwards as a Commercial Manager, you will actively manage the stores, lead and coach the Store Managers and establish our stores as a commercial and marketing pillar of our business model
