Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive with Taylor Maxwell & Co Ltd, you will manage key supplier, customer & specifier relationships. This will enable you to sell agreed products from the company’s portfolio to our account holding customers whilst generating new business leads throughout your defined region. Working from our St Paul’s office, you will be working in and around Birmingham and the West Midlands.
This position is full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities:

  • Be proactive to develop relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Promptly respond to customer and supplier requests
  • Work collaboratively with the sales support coordinators
  • Work closely with suppliers to achieve the best price and lead times for customers
  • Exceed annual delivered income target set for Senior Sales Exec position
  • Maintain Jobs in Pipeline report to ensure accuracy for business reporting
  • Comply with business KPI’s
  • Ensure all calls are recorded accurately in your outlook diary
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and sales executives to promote a development culture
  • Provide cover for the regional manager
  • Represent the Company at relevant networking events
  • Any other duty deemed by the Directors to be in the interest of the team in achieving its objectives
