QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS NEEDED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of leading Agile teams and facilitating sprints. Certified Scrum Master credential preferred.
• Methodology: Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Technologies: Solid understanding of .NET Core/Python and NODEJs/REACT technologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong grasp of iterative and incremental development principles.
• Understanding and experience with SDLC, Agile procedures, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Expertise in Azure-based environments and the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
• Passion for meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time.
• Competent in interpreting agile metrics for analysis and improved sprint planning.
• Exhibits self-motivation, excellent organization, and leadership capabilities.
• Superior communication, people skills, and experience in facilitating Agile practices.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills paired with strong analytical abilities.
• Previous hands-on programming and leading mid-sized teams are a plus.

• Foster and apply Agile values, principles, and practices to enhance team planning and solution delivery.
• Offer training and mentorship to scrum teams, reinforcing adherence to Agile practices.
• Facilitate the identification, resolution of tasks, and management of issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, ensuring smooth decision-making and collaboration.
• Drive iteration execution and shield the team from uncontrolled work injections, ensuring changes are intentional.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and adaptation to changing requirements while maintaining high performance.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis and root cause investigations to promote continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners and Project Managers in delivering high-level project updates to senior management.
• Assist product owners in managing intra-team dynamics concerning priorities and scope.
• Navigate team challenges, providing guidance and coaching in Agile methodologies.
