Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team is undertaking the next phase in its IAM maturity journey and is looking for a senior security analyst! Our mature IAM practice aims at staying on top of security best practices and standards. Several initiatives are running or planned which you will be part of, such as new identity types integration (non-employees, non-humans), identity fabric design and implementation, identity management optimization and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Analyze business needs to define IGA related solutions.
  • Lead / prepare / participate in security and business requirements workshops.
  • Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the solution using effective methods and interacting with business users, security teams, and the IT project team.
  • Be the advocate and implementer for IAM and Security best practices.
  • Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures.
  • Propose solutions that are in-line with security and Identity & Access Management best practices.
  • Support test quality assurance activities and user acceptance tests.
  • Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
  • Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
  • Build a solid, reusable, and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.
