• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their service needs and answering any questions or concerns they may have. Act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of the required services. Schedule appointments and manage the service department’s workflow to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs. Upsell additional services and products to customers based on their needs and preferences. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, service techniques, and product knowledge. Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
