ComResource is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.
The position plays a central role in developing solutions for mission-critical training management systems. As part of a highly collaborative team, the role will interact with many technical and business resources across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a committed, creative, self-motivated technologist who is interested in practicing their skills and learning new ones.

Responsibilities:
- Execute product specification, system design, development, and system integration.
- Develop new product concepts and development, deliver product prototypes.
- Conduct new technology research, concept specification, and design of individual software components.
- Participate in product and program collaboration.
- Refactor implementations to standardize on an event-driven architecture.
- Refactor web application and services to be completely stateless and cloud-ready.
- Maintain, configure, and improve integration with COTS platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix problems and provide root cause analysis promptly.
- Complete other tasks as required.
