The SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), and ERP team is seeking a highly skilled, team-oriented individual to join in supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Finance Business Area. This position will be responsible for applying functional knowledge for the design, development, and sustainment of client/server-based applications to meet the requirements and system needs by the RMS Finance team. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

The core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Contribute to the software design and development processes including requirements analysis, specifications, design, implementation, and development.
• Driving efficient processes, creating best practices for software development as well as performing code and design reviews.
• Collaborating with other subject matter experts to ensure effective product development through optimizing engineering assignments across the development organization.
• Help plan & roadmap new features and functionality.
• Partner with leaders, peers, and teams across the organization to deliver cross-team initiatives.
• Ensure our applications have the highest quality, performance, and availability.

• Contribute to a new production, scheduling & control support model for all critical path processes.
• Drive the completion of technical debt remediation and/or retirements of applications within the RMS Finance App portfolio.
• Work hands on with functional leadership, peers, and teams across the organization to deliver cross-team initiatives.
• Ensure our applications have the highest quality, performance, and level of availability
