Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLES:

Our teams have diverse range of skills and will help you fill in any gaps with practical knowledge working with some of the best and most experienced Engineers around.
As a senior developer you have strong knowledge of software design and development. You are able to understand requirements and validate whether a proposed solution will solve the customer’s problem. You have proven ability to communicate concepts and designs to other members of the team and have coached and mentored junior software engineers along the way. You are self-motivated to learn new technologies and like to take ownership of your work with an emphasis on quality and delivery. Technically, as a base you are skilled in Java, JavaScript and SQL. Preferably skills in some of the following: AWS, React, Redux, Docker and Linux.

SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop robust, high quality software to meet the agreed specifications that adds value for our customers
  • Take ownership of large and complex technical designs and solutions
  • Be a technical leader within the team – making key technical decisions
  • Mentor and train others in your team and encourage a collaborative workspace for your peers to excel
  • Production debugging, diagnosing and support
  • Performance debugging and analysis
  • Maintain current knowledge of Cloud hosted solutions, AWS and other development technologies used in the development
  • Share your ideas with some really smart people in a team oriented culture that consistently grows, develops and shares knowledge
