Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Specialist - Data Steward to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across various departments within the organization. You will play a critical role in managing data-related projects, implementing data governance policies, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Coputer Science, Data Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks
Responsibilities


    • Expertise in data analysis techniques, including data profiling, discovery, root cause analysis, and data quality assessment

    • Collaborate effectively with business leaders to capture high-level business needs, documenting outcomes and decisions based on established standards and methodologies.
    • Engage with a diverse team of professionals like business architects, data scientists, and visualization experts to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
    • Identify and resolve underlying causes of poor data quality, providing constructive feedback to relevant teams. Implement data quality corrections and propose enhancements.
    • Ability to help with monitor key performance indicators, respond to alerts from various sectors, and proactively address data-related issues. Ability to help with perform audits to ensure compliance with data protection standards, particularly in personal data handling, in line with NDMO regulations.
    • Execute necessary Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and data handlers, offering timely advice and proposals for rapid adjustments in various scenarios
