JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a leading global provider of construction products and technologies that enhance the performance and durability of buildings and infrastructure. The company offers a wide range of specialty construction chemicals and materials, serving a diverse set of industries including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Reporting to Sales Manager, carry out effective specification works to key developers, consultants, architects, engineers for projects and market segments related to company product portfolio.
- Identify key developers, architects, consultants, engineers for key projects in construction industry and market segments (commercial, industrials, infrastructure, residentials) related to company product portfolio in both waterproofing and fireproofing.
- Plan and strategize for effective specification works based on project requirement, expected performance and budgeting, and defense spec works against competition.
- Carry out product presentations to architects, consultants, engineers, & developers.
- Establish strong relationships and maintain regular visits with key specifiers and identify continuous leads for specification works.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/Architects.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Experience in specification works in construction industries will be an added advantage.
- Speak and write fluently in English - presentation and public speaking abilities in English.
- Require Indonesia driving license and possess own transport.
