Responsibilities:

The Testing Coordinator acts as a liaison between our Product Leaders, End users, and Technology groups to collaborate and provide quality outcomes for our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and testing progress.
- Lead or participate in driving quality outcomes by supporting technology initiatives for moderately complex business problems.
- Contribute to the quality outcome of software changes that are both cost effective and meet the customer needs.
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of planning and direction to successfully deliver quality outcomes for resolution.
- Act as an internal consultant with technology and business groups by using quality tools to assist improving testing processes.
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide solutions to manage both effort schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
