Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/product offering.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and assist in the offering of Citco’s products and services
  • In partnership with the Marketing team and the Executive Management team, facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients, including system demonstrations
  • Identify new areas of growth by understanding the industry and regulatory environment while being sensitive to industry changes and business trends
  • Liaise internally with key functional departmental RM’s to ensure awareness of all of key client requirements
  • Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities
  • In partnership with the internal departments, oversee the resolution of complex client issues
  • Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within individual departments
  • Manage, train, and coach assigned team members in the successful implementation of their goals
  • Review departmental procedures and policies and ensure adherence to these procedures
  • Lead and initiate client conference calls
  • Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration
  • Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects
  • Manage and oversee staffing requirements
  • Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
  • Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.
  • Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
