Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/product offering.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and assist in the offering of Citco’s products and services
- In partnership with the Marketing team and the Executive Management team, facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients, including system demonstrations
- Identify new areas of growth by understanding the industry and regulatory environment while being sensitive to industry changes and business trends
- Liaise internally with key functional departmental RM’s to ensure awareness of all of key client requirements
- Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities
- In partnership with the internal departments, oversee the resolution of complex client issues
- Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within individual departments
- Manage, train, and coach assigned team members in the successful implementation of their goals
- Review departmental procedures and policies and ensure adherence to these procedures
- Lead and initiate client conference calls
- Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects
- Manage and oversee staffing requirements
- Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
- Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.
- Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
