As an SEO Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing client relationships, ensuring their SEO strategies are aligned with their business goals and executed effectively.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role, ideally within a digital agency environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex SEO concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple client accounts and balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
  • Ideally experience in wider digital channels, particularly paid search, CRO and website development, working within or alongside a cross-functional team of content creators, developers, and digital marketers.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver results within agreed timelines and budgets.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of their SEO campaigns, from strategy development with our expert team to reporting and performance analysis. This role is heavily client-focused, requiring excellent communication, outstanding relationship and workflow management, with leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
