This is a remote position. SEO & Website Optimization Intern – SOLO Network (Remote) About SOLO SOLO is a skills-first learning-to-employment infrastructure that enables institutions to translate learning into verifiable skills, digital credentials, and career pathways. Role Overview The SEO & Website Optimization Internship (Student) provides practical exposure to search engine optimization strategies and website performance improvement techniques. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build hands-on experience in SEO, analytics, and website optimization within a real startup environment. Participants will work on structured tasks related to improving search visibility, optimising web pages, analysing performance metrics, and implementing SEO best practices aligned with current digital marketing standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in keyword research and search trend analysis Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content optimization) Support content alignment with SEO strategies Monitor website performance using analytics tools Conduct competitor and market research Assist in improving website usability and structure Support basic technical SEO tasks (site audits, indexing checks, etc.) Track SEO performance and prepare simple reports Requirements Qualifications & Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO concepts Familiarity with websites or CMS platforms (preferred but not mandatory) Strong analytical and research skills Good written and communication skills Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn Eligibility Access to a laptop and stable internet connection Willingness to work on live website optimization tasks Ability to manage timelines and complete assigned tasks Benefits What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in SEO and website optimization Exposure to real-world digital marketing workflows Practical understanding of analytics and performance tracking Mentorship in a startup environment Opportunity to build a strong portfolio Details Type: Internship Duration: 8–16 weeks Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000/month Location: Remote
