Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and professional Server to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service, accurate order-taking, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on specials, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverages.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of service.
• Assist in side work, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
