JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum one year of Previous barista experience and experience in the food industry is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

    Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Operate the POS system for processing transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
  • Engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
