FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As an aftersales advisor you are often the first and most regular point of contact customers have with our company, so it is vital to give them a warm welcome and to make them feel valued. You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and assisting with the booking of service, warranty rectification and repair work. Previous experience in the leisure or motor industry would be preferred and the ideal candidate would also benefit from a technical background.
The Role will Involve –
· Meeting and greeting customers
· Understanding customer service requirements and booking / Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop dealer management system.
· Calling customers to gain authorisation for the completion of work
· Invoicing including explanation of all work undertaken to the customer
· Explanation of repairs and work completed on caravans and motorhomes to the customer on their return
· Managing and progress chasing customer vehicles from initial contact through to booking day
· To create job cards for the technical team and the ability to explain in detail the job requirements
· Answering emails to customers
· Entering warranty claims on the manufactures systems
Key Skills Required –
· Being Able to offer excellent levels of customer service
· Great planning and organisational skills
· Working efficiently under pressure to achieve and reach targets
· To be self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Good communication skills
· Great Work Ethic
· To be computer literate on Word, Excel and be able to pick up our in-house software system.
