We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various services related to construction projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction services coordination and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Service Coordination position.
- Experience working on projects valued at $150M or more.
- Ideally, previous experience with large-scale residential developments, commercial, health, defense, or datacenter projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction services, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and oversee all construction-related services, ensuring timely, accurate delivery within project timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise.
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on service coordination, highlighting key performance indicators and improvements.
- Identify challenges in service coordination and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
