  • Experience of Security systems and networking Qualified in CCTV / Intruder / Access Control systems installation/service and basic networking in Vlans and routing

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

To resolve issues with reported faults of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Networking. Attend sites to complete scheduled maintenance of above systems in London and the South East.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve issues with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms software on workstations, servers and networks.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Speak with customers remotely to resolve issues when required.
  • Speak to 3rd party technical support over phone to help resolve issues with their software or equipment.
  • Must be able to be on call (1 in every 3 weeks)
