We are seeking Service Engineers for a rotational schedule
Due to an increased workload, an ever-growing product portfolio, and new innovative products for our customers, Ulmatec Handling Systems is looking for Service Engineers for immediate employment.
We are looking for candidates who seek an exciting workday with varied tasks all over the world. You will be the one who always puts customer satisfaction as your main focus. Applications will be evaluated continuously.
The position reports to the Service Manager and will be part of the Service department.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred fields: Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, and Automation/SW
• Certificate of apprenticeship, Technical College, or BcM
• Basic solid competence and experience can compensate for formal qualifications
• Experience with customer handling is an advantage

• Actively acquiring knowledge about the company’s new and relevant products
• Startup/commissioning of new installations/systems and retrofits/upgrades
• Service assignments on delivered products at our customers’ locations
• Assisting with building and testing equipment internally as needed
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our customers
• Maintaining close customer contact in the field
