SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will have;

  • Proven experience in an engineering management or leadership position with technical knowledge of heavy plant/ equipment.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills to improve efficiencies and business performance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer relationships, identifying future opportunities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while maintaining a critical eye on health and safety.
  • Effective communication, analysis and reporting capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate across business functions to contribute ideas and meet common goals.

Responsibilities:

This is not your typical Service Manager position.
With a dedicated team in place, this role will be heavily focused on improving business efficiencies, workload planning and developing exceptional client relationships. It will forge a collaborative approach with other areas of the business to ensure a singular focus on customer solutions. By improving the throughput of service activities and delivering quality outcomes, there will be a focus on identifying new business opportunities and growing the service function.
