Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. The candidate should also be able to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows, application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls. Ideally candidate should have experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.
  • Proficient in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom app.
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CSA, HRSD, CAD modules
  • Familiarity with SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, unit and functional testing and deployment

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

3+ years supporting Servicenow applications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or similar.
Responsibilities
  • Provide L1 and L2 support on ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues with key business stakeholders
  • Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
  • Develop ServiceNow HRSD software solutions
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
  • Perform system and integration testing.
  • Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
  • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
  • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
