REQUIREMENTS:

• 4–8 years’ ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal.
• Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, SSO).
• ITIL v4 knowledge preferred.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD (mandatory), CIS (nice to have).

• Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow apps across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Pages, Widgets, and Flow Designer flows.
• Deliver integrations with enterprise tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, Salesforce).
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and support platform upgrades.
