The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach a section on Total Rewards in our Human Resource Management area in Fall 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have:

• An MBA degree or relevant Master’s degree.
• Significant capability in the area of Staffing and Planning by directly related work experience.
• Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

• Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
• Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
