Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Director, People & Culture to lead the P&C team and partnering with our business leaders in the region.
You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and are passionate about People & Culture to deliver impactful talent solutions and culture for this workforce. You will work closely with business managers across multiple teams and sites in Singapore to ensure HR deliverables are met.
You must be skilled at designing HR practices for our workforce (including Operations, Customer Service, Medical Services), strong in influencing and mentoring others and great at building strong relationships at all levels. You are passionate about providing excellent internal client support and driving HR operational excellence along with the People & Culture team. Experience in compensation and total rewards is a plus in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision & mission with a specific focus on attracting, developing & retaining top talents in the organization.
  • Oversee all HR operations including talent acquisition, business partnering, compensation and benefits. Partner closely with all business units to implement effective hiring strategies, performance evaluations, talent and career development plans.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.
  • Design and deliver people programs and solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review, and change management.
  • Guide and coach people managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve people issues at all levels (e.g. performance management, conflict management, retention, etc).
  • Promote a culture of feedback and open communication among managers and employees across DA.
  • Good understanding about employment laws & regulations in SEA & ensuring compliance in all people-related practices, policies & processes.
