REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and administration.
• Proven success in leading SharePoint Online (M365) deployments and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint permissions management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance planning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and partnering with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Prior exposure to hybrid SharePoint environments (On-Prem + cloud).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

• Design and implement scalable, secure SharePoint Online architectures tailored to operational and business needs.
• Lead the migration of existing content from legacy SharePoint or file share environments to SharePoint Online (M365).
• Develop and document governance policies, including site provisioning, metadata, content types, and permission strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to define and refine site structures, templates, and content classification aligned with business workflows.
• Implement best practices for search optimization, data lifecycle management, and user adoption across departments.
• Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
• Train business users and administrators on SharePoint Online features, capabilities, and management tools.
