For our location in Leipzig, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You are responsible for personnel requirements, shift, and vacation planning.
• You develop and continuously maintain key performance indicators.
• You are responsible for communication with external parties such as our logistics partners, temporary employment agencies, etc.
• You train, instruct, and coach new employees.
• You monitor our quality standards, ongoing processes, and ensure good work discipline.
• You ensure the implementation of customer-specific requirements and actively participate in energy-saving and general improvement processes.
• If necessary, you support other work areas.
