POSITION SUMMARY:

Rexdale Hyundai is seeking a dedicated and organized Parts Auto Warehouse Helper/Shipper Receiver/Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and delivering automotive parts, ensuring our service department and customers receive timely support. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various conditions are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid forklift license
  • Valid Full G driver’s license with a clean driving record (no tickets, no accidents)*
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 lbs
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Strong work ethic and highly organized
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Proficient in using a dolly and pump truck

Responsibilities
  • Receive engines and transmissions from Hyundai, tag them with repair order numbers, and notify the service department of arrival.
  • Receive and process parts for shop and retail counter customers; notify customers and place parts in appropriate special-order bins.
  • Receive all shipments and promptly inform parts advisors of their arrival.
  • Organize and maintain scrap warranty parts according to Hyundai policy.
  • Keep multiple storage areas clean, neat, and well-organized at all times.
  • Dispose of garbage and cardboard, maintaining a tidy shipping area and overall department.
  • Retrieve tires from storage and deliver to technicians as requested.
  • Assist with loading/unloading tire storage trucks during peak tire season.
  • Perform outdoor duties as required.
  • Assist with inventory preparation, bin checks, department cleanups, and other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Participate in yearly physical inventory counts.
