What You’ll Do:
As Site Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our site’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all site activities to meet established safety and performance standards.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling a high-performing team.
- Managing paperwork, data entries, and submissions with precision and timeliness.
- Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining essential equipment.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Building relationships with landlords, authorities, vendors, customers, and the public.
- Resolving issues and conflicts efficiently while maintaining high integrity and motivation among staff.
- Keeping sites organized, clean, secure, and ready for success.
- Planning and coordinating production to exceed customer expectations.
- Securing and preserving re-marketable equipment for quick resale.
- Attending networking events as needed and supporting ATR’s mission.

What We’re Looking For:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to thrive under deadlines, make quick decisions, and find creative solutions.
- Knowledge of computers and systems is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for active listening.
- A positive service delivery mindset, open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with computers, including Excel.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo post-offer/pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to confidentiality via a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
