We are seeking a talented and passionate Skilled Chef to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in preparing delicious street-food-inspired Indian dishes, maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential for effective team management.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required.
  • Excellent leadership qualities to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
  • A background in food production is advantageous for understanding operational workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of Indian cuisine, focusing on street-food items and main dishes.
  • Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning across all menu items.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (including HACCP compliance).
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
