Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to customers in assigned territory
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and offering solutions and support
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information by email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Upselling products and services
  • Ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Improve and maintain Salesforce structure for accurate accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
