Position: Social Media Intern/Co-Op
Are you passionate about social media and eager to make a real impact? HSS Enterprises is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our newly developed Shared Media Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our brand’s online presence.
What You’ll Do:

Social Media:

• Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to brainstorm, plan, and create engaging social media content for all HSS brands. Write and edit captivating captions for posts across various platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance. Help prepare insightful reports to guide our strategy.
• Research and Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest social media trends, challenges, and platform updates. Analyze competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for innovative content.
• Influencer Marketing: Help identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.

Community Management:

• Engage with Community: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
• Monitor Conversations: Keep an eye on conversations and trends within our community, including keyword tracking on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and consumer forums.
• Collect Feedback: Gather valuable feedback and suggestions from our community to enhance engagement strategies and address any concerns.
• Analyze Metrics: Review community engagement metrics and provide insights to improve interaction.
• Source UGC: Identify and curate user-generated content (UGC) from our community to feature on our channels.

Public Relations:

• Coverage Reporting: Support the PR Manager in preparing and compiling media coverage reports and tracking press mentions.
• Administrative Support: Assist with organizing files, scheduling, and maintaining media and influencer databases.
