We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join the Brand team, you’ll be the driving force behind our organic social presence, taking full ownership of the execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing team and agency partners, you’ll be the guardian of our organic social strategy — co-creating and amplifying content aligned with brand KPIs, while monitoring, reporting, and evolving strategies to ensure best-in-class execution.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 3+ years of Social Media marketing experience, ideally in lifestyle retail industry.
  • Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for design, copy, and storytelling.
  • Confident project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for home, design and food.
Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day management of all organic social media channels. Plan, schedule, and publish content through a well-structured calendar, including weekly performance reporting.
  • Align and curate content to support hero launches and brand storytelling in channel-relevant formats.
  • Execute a results-driven strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Brief and co-produce social-first content at campaign shoots and smaller in-house/location shoots, collaborating with the Brand Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Manage influencer and organic partnerships, working with the Brand Marketing team and PR agency to select talent, brief, and execute partnerships in line with our communication strategy.
  • Guide and mentor the team to ensure content is channel-relevant, high-performing, and aligned with evolving best practices.
  • Stay on top of social trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencers in design, interiors, lifestyle, and food, using these insights to craft compelling visual stories.
  • Pitch creative ideas to senior stakeholders and collaborate across departments to align content with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
