  • Be a social media subject matter expert, regularly liaising with social media channels and other brands, staying abreast of new technology, developments, trends and best practice.
  • Collaborate with wider Marketing Team to devise and deliver digital campaigns that engage, inspire and drive revenue
  • Develop content plan and schedule content for all social media channels
  • Brief production team routinely on engaging digital-first content (photography/video)
  • Craft copy/captioning to accompany assets for all social media posts and digital social assets
  • Help generate quality UGC via influencers, customers and team members
  • Work closely with production team to assist in creating compelling digital content
  • Continue to optimise content based on performance
  • Routinely update channel branding to align with wider marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with eCommerce Team and external Agencies to implement and optimise digital advertising strategy
  • Use social media analytics to measure performance, making recommendations and implement changes to continue driving and improving ROI
  • Manage budget, including forecasting, spend and completing regular reports on ROI.
  • Continue to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across all social media channels
  • Reply to all relevant customer comments across social media channels
  • Support or brief Customer Experience Team on guidelines for managing specific customer/product enquiries where necessar
