Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll manage day-to-day posting, repurpose content, edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), analyze results, and bring fresh ideas to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Manage posting schedules across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Repurpose podcast episodes, blogs, and long-form content into high-performing short-form posts.
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) including captions, transitions, trending audio, and creative hooks.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging graphics, captions, and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, and best practices for TikTok and Instagram.
