About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Social Value Manager to join our team and help us deliver meaningful impact across our construction projects. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and community partners, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of our social value commitments—ensuring that our work positively supports local communities, employment, skills, and social impact goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support each project to meet social value contractual commitments
• Build strong relationships with client social value leads and stakeholders
• Coordinate site operative, apprentice, and work experience placements
• Track, capture, and report on social value outcomes and metrics
• Contribute to tenders and PQQs with input on social value deliverables
• Represent the company at social value meetings and community events
• Manage the socialvalue@leemarley.com inbox and maintain communications
• Support and collaborate with internal teams including Resourcing and Outreach

What We’re Looking For-
