As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be part of newly built Appian Center of Excellence and you will be supporting the team in further develop and design high quality products based on Appian technology.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active student of IT-related studies (Bachelor or Master studies), preferably in STEM field,
  • Fluency in English.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SOFT SKILLS:

Technical Expertise

  • Basic knowledge/experience in developing applications using low code/BPM technology (Appian/Pega) or any other programming languages,
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL,
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle,
  • Basic understanding of the cloud computing and Web APIs,
  • Keen interest to learning current and emerging technologies.

Soft Skills & Attitude

  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with technical audiences,
  • Good organization skills including attention to detail,
  • Ability to collaborate others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Self-motivated to achieve excellence with ‘can do’ attitude,
  • Being self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements for the new enhancements,
  • Participating in entire SDLC from the project planning to production release and maintenance,
  • Developing applications using low code/BPM technology (Appian/Pega).
