The Resource Management Organization (RMO) organization supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment.
The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company’s business.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

• Participating in sourcing process – working together with cross-functional teams in developing and executing sourcing and supplier strategies – utilizing Citi tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information
• Enhancing, managing and analyzing request for proposals and/or eAuctions
• Conducting supplier and contract negotiations and contract execution (including drafting and red-lining contracts)
• Participating in financial analysis/modelling while ensuring licensing usage is aligned with license agreements
• Reporting and recording procurement transactions ensuring adherence to Citi processes and procedures
• Working with suppliers to measure and track performance and reporting/reconciliation requirements
• Responding to customer service inquiries (clarifying requirements and providing requested information)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION PREFERABLY POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and Turkish
• Experience in process improvement
• Experience in vendor management, contracting, financial acumen, and commercial awareness
• Experience in financial modelling and accounting
• Experience with reporting tools preferred
• Working knowledge of Procurement tools (e.g. Oracle or SAP eSourcing)
• Demonstrated negotiation strategies
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel
