THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a fast‑paced and credible kitchen. Middle Eastern cooking experience is a plus but not a requirment
  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and lead a team
  • Strong organisational skills in stock control
  • A deep passion for authentic cooking using responsibly sourced ingredients
  • A friendly, open mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate

Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside our Head Chef to uphold high standards of quality and consistency. You’ll help deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in traditional shawarma, mezze sharing plates, grilled vegetables, and inspired sides.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head chef in the daily operations
  • Supervising kitchen operations: prep, service, stock management
  • Training, leading, and mentoring the kitchen team
  • Ensuring standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness
  • Supporting a busy lunch and dinner service at pace
