As a Sous Chef in our Conference and Events team, you will support our Chef de Cuisine, Jose Soulard and assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of daily operations, payroll, costs, and guest satisfaction
- Participate in preparation of menus
- Assist with rostering and leave applications
- Develop training plans and support daily learning
- Participate in shift briefings to ensure a smooth handover
