As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of the resort’s spa experience, creating a calm and inviting first impression for every guest. What will I be doing? Provide a warm, genuine welcome to spa guests and resort visitors Schedule and coordinate spa treatments, wellness services, and appointments Check guests in and out while maintaining a relaxing and organized spa environment Share knowledge of the spa menu, amenities, and wellness offerings Support retail sales by recommending spa products that enhance the guest experience Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless and elevated service experience Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions Maintain the serene and professional atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Sedona wellness What are we looking for?
