About the Role To support and be responsible for the execution of IT control testing in accordance with AIA Group’s risk policies and standards, SOC2 requirements, Australian APRA CPS234 requirements on control testing against AIA Australia. The IT control tester will work closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Control Testing Manager, Line Managers, Control Owners, Control Owners, Auditors) to engage, test and to report design effectively, operating effectively and efficiently over IT controls in AIA Australia. Coordinate and support the execution of IT general control assessment and control testing, identify the potential gaps of control effectiveness, record and report the gaps onto register, which includes but not limited to: Document the IT control testing results, findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Follow up on the IT control remediation actions and verify their implementation and effectiveness. Report the IT control testing status, issues, and metrics to the IT control testing manager and relevant stakeholders. Support the IT control owners/performers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT control framework and documentation. Collect auditable artifacts from different stakeholders. Support the IT auditors and external assurance providers in the IT control assessment and audit activities. Administrative support over technology policies, standards, SOPs, controls and test plans. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in end to end application control tests, IT control tests, IT audit or technology assurance Experience in designing IT General Control audits and assessments will be an added advantage Familiar with System & Organization Control Type 2 (SOC 2) reporting requirements Excellent written and spoken English Ability to work onsite in Cyberjaya 4 days a week + 1 day WFH Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
