Job Summary
International Payments for PAN Africa is looking for a passionate, motivated and engaged Specialist Solution Analyst to work as part of a DevOps team, leverage specialist analysis & testing tools, frameworks, techniques and practices to elicit, define and organize business requirements. Translate & document business requirements into user stories & specifications (Full Stack, Cross System) detailing integration points, business & associated risk / opportunities to be realized. And following this analysis, work collaboratively within squads during design & delivery activity including assuming responsibility for manual application testing processes, frameworks & outcomes
Job Description
International Payments Tech provides systems and capabilities to process both Incoming, Outgoing and Off-Absa cross border payments via SWIFT. Our aim is to provide a consistent experience to our customers across Africa and uplift our environment. As a team we continuously strive to streamline our processes and ways of working, and creating room for innovation.

Key critical skills and experience required:

• Degree or Diploma in computer science, commerce or business administration
• Information Systems Analyst certification beneficial
• Min 5 years’ business & systems analysis experience
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in Agile Methodology & working embedded within an Agile team / teams
• Banking domain experience preferred
• Systems Design and Integration
• Knowledge of MS SQL, databases and data analytics tools
• Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery
• Quality Assurance and Testing
• Ability to analyze existing systems and business models

High-level Key Accountabilities:

• Analysis (including Business Case)
• Solution Design (within DevOps Context)
• Solution Delivery & Testing (manual)

Education
Bachelor’s Degree: Information Technology
