Description Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in Oxford, Ohio. The facility provides various levels of care, from independent & assisted living to skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. This is a PRN position, offering very flexible hours with minimal commitment. Some weekday availability is preferred. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents! Additional HTS facility with occasional PRN needs located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Job Details: - Provide high-quality speech therapy services to residents. - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine residents' needs and progress. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress. Requirements Applicants must have an active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
